President—the chief executive of the state; and, upon invitation, she visits chapters, appoints committee chairmen, secures hostesses for leadership conference in even-numbered years, and convention in odd-numbered years; acts as presiding officer at regular and called meetings and directs the activities of the organization; approves or disapprove all expense claims; approves or disapprove all publications; and supervises the biennial reports.

1st Vice-President—serve as educational excellence committee; assist the president in planning the state convention; and act in place of the president.

2nd Vice-President—serve as chairman of the membership committee; plan and conduct the necrology ceremony; and serve as presiding officer in the absence of the president and the 1st vice-president.

Recording Secretary—serve as secretary to the executive board; perform whatever duties the president requests; and record the minutes with exact wording of all motions, etc.
